through a secure payment system.

$250 + GST one-off fee.

There is an annual fee for the security SSL Certificate of $200 + GST.

Website Sections

You may choose to include all or some of these sections below, depending on the website package you choose:

Homepage
All website packages include a homepage. This is the first page in the website which introduces your centre using text, images and certain featured items such upcoming events featured news items, how to enroll etc.

About Us
The About Us page allows you to provide a profile using with text and pictures. Typically this will include history, philosophy, aims etc.

Age Rooms / Programs
This section will display information about your age specific programs. If you have a range of rooms for different ages then this can be displayed in a neat summary down the page. If required each room can have its own sub-page with text and images to fully explain what is provided in each room.

Staff
The staff section provides a way for you to explain about your staffing philosophy, ratios, expertise and general information. You can also display specific information about individual staff members by way of a staff list with name, position and picture.

Enrolments
The enrolments page allows you to display the enrolment rules and procedures plus a PDF document download of your current enrolment form. You also have the option of an online form that people can complete online. Each time the form is completed you will receive an email, plus the details will be saved in the website CMS for your reference.

Events Calendar
The events calendar provides a summary of upcoming dates for events.

News
The news section allows you to create any number of news items which will be displayed in date order. You can also nominate an expiry date which means the news item will stop showing on that date.

FAQ
The FAQ section allows you to create any number of common or frequently asked questions plus the answer. This allows you to explain a large range of topics and questions about your centre and services.

Links
This provides a list of useful links to other websites.

Contact Us
This page displays your contact details, a Google Map, plus an online enquiry form. The responses will be emailed to you, as well as stored in the CMS.

Parents Area (Login)
This section provides a confidential area that is not available to the public but is restricted to parents through a login. When a parent logs in they be able to see:

• Newsletters
• Other documents or notices, permission notes, etc
• Picture gallery

You will be able to control a “Single Login” which means all parents will use the same Username and Password. You will be able to change this Username and Password at anytime – for example once a term, once a month, once a year.
